Well that all depends on which part of your thighs you wish to target! For the inner thighs, I suggest Plie Squats & Leg lifts, For upper thighs, I suggest hip lifts. To target the whole thigh, i suggest Cardio and Pilates. And to lose weight faster, avoid packaged food, drink water through out the day and don’t eat 3-4 hours before bed. Best of Luck!
A lower belly pooch is sometimes (but not always) a hard thing to get rid of because it’s not the easiest to target. Some girls have it because there ovaries tend to stick out which is completely natural. To blast away lower belly fat, I suggest exercises like bicycles, hip lifts, & captian’s chair (When you sit on the edge of your seat and bring your knees up to your chest.) Best of Luck!
