When I eat with friends or family I just can’t control the quantities of the food I consume
Stop. That’s bullshit. You have more than enough control over the amount of food you eat. Just because you’re around friends and family does not give you an excuse to set aside your long term goals for a moment of satisfaction.
My tip to you? Stop making up excuses and woman up.
When you go out to eat with friends/family, plan ahead. When you’re around loved ones it’s easy to say, “Oh, a second plate wouldn’t hurt.” or “Ice cream? Well I don’t want to feel left out.”
Before you leave the house, factor your options and stick to them. Now the rest is all you. The most important trait to achieve weight loss is will power. Treat going out with loved ones as an exercise to your will power. You can do it. Just stay strong, love.

It sounds fine, just be sure to take out a yolk or two every once in a while. Your cholesterol will thank you!
Focus on exercises that strengthen your core. They’ll bring your tummy in and create a flat effect. Also, be sure to drink lots of water to lose excess water weight and slim your stomach!
Distract yourself.
Night = less to do = boredom = binge eating.
Find a hobby to do at night. What interests you? Do stuff around the house. Walk around, just get up and DO SOMETHING!
I usually just settle with 32 since that’s the lowest you can get at most stores but that’s just because I’m too lazy to put any effort in searching for the perfect bra.
