  1. Take a natural laxative. Even if you’re not constipated, the laxative is just to clean out your system. 
  2. Drink LOTS of water to remove excess water weight and speed weight loss.
  3. Cardio. (Jogging, dancing, intense yoga, etc.)
  4. Eat small, low calorie meals regularly to keep your metabolism going!
