It’s all a matter of preference. Some people argue that it’s bad while others find it to be quite helpful. Me personally, I have been waist training for a little over a year now and I can definitely say my waist has gotten significantly smaller.

Don’t ever cut carbs. If you do want to cut out a food group it is better if you cut out meat. Carbs are our body’s main source for energy.
